[Excerpt from Boku no Hero Adventure wiki]: 

Todoroki Shouto’s Witch King classpath is only accessible through the hidden third path of the Exiled Prince Story Quest. It is the only promotion that allows Todoroki to use both fire and ice magic (his King and Witch classes can only perform fire or ice, respectively). The Witch King path requires the Hero to fail the Kingdom coup, break out of prison to rescue Todoroki’s ice witch mother from a live volcano, and restart the revolution to fight a more powerful Hellflame King. If the Hero succeeds and if the Hero and Todoroki become romantically involved, Todoroki will give the Hero the Blessing of the Witch King, imbuing the One for All blade with both ice and fire damage and resistance. 

Todoroki then leave the party as per scripted, but will rejoin earlier than normal, in the middle of Act 4, during the Hero Killer boss fight. Completing the Witch King story line also unlocks Todoroki’s Plus Ultra ending as well as a touching Go Beyond epilogue if the Hero and Todoroki remain together through endgame.

for that! And I would pick Boku no Hero Academia, and TodoDeku, because it’s
the only fandom I haven’t done Reincarnation!AU for at all (yet). 

BONUS FIRST LINES:

Their last ending was a tragic one,
which is something Todoroki can’t stop thinking about this time around.

And it’s different, he knows it’s
different, because it’s a different era entirely. The whole of society is
different now, the hero-system is different now, there is a whole support
network for Heroes that just didn’t exist the last time they were alive.

But he keeps thinking about the
similarities, and he keeps getting caught up in those details.

The last time they were alive, they
were both heroes. 

(Will always be heroes, Todoroki
thinks. It’s in Midoriya’s very nature. That won’t change, no matter how many
lifetimes they live.)

But it was when people were just
discovering they had Quirks, and more to the point, it was before Heroes knew
what they were doing. There was a kind of lawlessness in those times, and more
often than not, the villains were the ones with all the power.

They’d both died the last time. But
Midoriya had died first.

Todoroki thinks about that a lot
this time around, especially when Midoriya ends up in the hospital again.

A/N: Woo that turned into a mini-fic. That is
how much I love Reincarnation AUs. Aaand with that, I should be done with all
submitted fic titles! Huzzah!

u kno i see all these soulmate fics where todoroki hates having a soulmate and thinks its a distraction/useless/another thing to hurt him and thats valid but like, i’d love to see more fics where having a soulmate is his anchor, yknow? the thread he holds onto throughout his life that keeps him from drowning completely. where’s my desperately hopeful todoroki who starves for somebody to understand him at the most basic level, who clings to the idea of his soulmate like a lifeline, who holds the concept close to his heart and keeps it there. wheres my todoroki who spitefully nurtures this precious thing and refuses to let endeavor stomp it out. theres so much power in embracing the soft and vulnerable parts of yourself and idk i just think my Very Good Boy Todoroki deserves at least one universe where that isnt completely torn from him
