“All TAZ arcs are secretly connected” bad ending: each of the new stories ends with the IPRE crew arriving and the Hunger following behind

“All TAZ arcs are secretly connected” good ending: we have little cameos and nods to interplanar connections in each new story, like the Commitment crew buying tacos from a guy named Joaquin

“All TAZ arcs are secretly connected” true ending: Garfield the Deals Warlock appears in every single campaign with no explanation

fizzyfizer:

I’ve been relistening to old TAZ episodes and I had a realization.

“Taako. Taako it’s me. It’s *・゜゚・*:.。..。.:*”

For the longest time I thought Taako heard “It’s me. It’s Lup.” when he first put on his band of telepathic thought and her name was censored out….

But then I remembered: “I was so careful” “I let you keep your names

“Taako. Taako it’s me. It’s *・゜゚・*:.。..。.:* Trust. Barry.”

AND: Angus and Taako could read LUP when it got fire blasted on the wall.
So… I think that means Lup way saying

“Taako. It’s Me.”
”It’s your sister.”

And that hurts so much more for some reason.

theres a lot of content of barry smooching taako, thinking its lup n then being flustered like aw shit but like. pblease consider: taako and lup actively TRYING to confuse everyone and barrys just like no thats lup and thats taako you cant trick me

I was just thinking about making a post like this today so weird timing but yes I love this so much more?

Even identical twins look different, and all it takes is some familiarity to spot the differences. So I imagine the entire crew can tell them apart (but Barry was the First and by far the Best)

And Taako and Lup have grown up on the road where no one stuck around–before IPRE, there was no one to try to put the effort into telling them apart, so when Barry starts to do it they put more and more effort into tripping him up but he just DOESN’T (unless he’s exhausted or stressed or distracted sometimes) and Taako and Lup realize like

Wow. These people really care about us.

GOOD ADDITION, KILLS MY ASS, THANKS

accidental foreshadowing: the hits

Magnus, in Refuge: Listen, either they die or we forget about them, so, either way. ..

***

Griffin: It’s like an airlock in a spaceship

Travis: Which of course we’ve been in before.

Griffin, very nervously: ….no? probably- probably not…

Clint: Maybe in the backstory!

***

Magnus, indignant for all the wrong reasons: Hey, we don’t know shit about history! We don’t even remember where we are right now!

***

Taako in Rockport Limited: It’s BARRY. How quickly you forget, huh?“

***

Travis after the first inoculation, in Moonlighting: Did we remember anything about the umbrella we found in the dungeon or any of that?

Griffin: No.

Travis: Huh.

***

Magnus: “I go and stand where he (the drifting mysterious incorporeal red spectre) is, and I jump around like ‘hey guys look I’m in a red robe!”

***

Travis: hey, are the voidfish’s powers like…selective?

***

Griffin, dodging like crazy: I mean, I imagine Barry’s voice sounds pretty different when he’s engulfed in flames.

***

Griffin in The Eleventh Hour: I imagine it’d be very disorienting, dying like that and then not dying.

Taako, nonchalant: Just another day at the office, baby.

***

BONUS from Rockport Limited; i just know this one was a two-year-long brick joke thanks griff

Jenkins: Remember, don’t leave anything behind, and you can’t take anything.

Magnus: Well, except memories.

Jenkins: The memories will be obliterated…no, no, no. I’m kidding. Nothing could destroy memories.
