we haven’t seen Haggar’s illusions in a while and I saw an opening. the thought was that Haggar uses illusions to distract the paladins, and after seeing their fight, knowing Keith would speed run a Shiro in danger situation, picked something a little different. Keith just finds it harder to leave a place where Shiro is happy. 

I don’t ever do angst so let me play with this until the season lmao (and procreate’s update has really messed up more than I thought 😥 )

Different Reality Sheith Lovechild Sven AU

I know Sven is a respectable nod to the original Shiro from 80s voltron, yes I know, and in canon, Sven is Different REality! Shiro 

but indulge me here. My first impression is Sven with his rocking mullet and Shiro’s chin was  ‘Is he………a Sheith child’

and yes I gave Shiro Matt’s clothes because I had no idea whatsoever. He could be….different reality Rebel leader or smth

Protective Shiro after Keith pulls another heroic stunt and almost dies, Keith telling Shiro he’s not staying on Earth and Shiro deciding to go with him or just some good old fashioned pining fools thinking it’s unrequited for different reasons

Keith doesn’t look up from where he’s gathering papers at
his desk. He takes a breath, but his response takes another moment still, and
when it comes it’s quiet like he’s scared they’ll be overheard, though it’s
after-hours and everyone else is long since gone to dinner or home. “I don’t
know. Away.”

Why would be a better question, but Shiro’s felt it for
weeks now, maybe months–a quiet discontent Keith would never voice.
